• This is extensive work and take anywhere from 4 to 5 hours of work.

• Maintaining a record of your custom product for refills

(We often work with drops and price range for essential oils range widely making the task of cost determination very hard. The rest of the ingredients is by weight and involves a lot of mathematics.)

• Includes another formula if you are not satisfied with your product or if you have a reaction within 30 days.

Final Product - this can range from $30.00 to $60.00 depending on the ingredients used. In some rare cases, some ingredients can cost substantially more, and depends on the budget of the client.

We are also a green company and Earth friendly. Our philosophy is to focus on what goes into the container not on the container or not how pretty the packaging is. We look for a practical container and made with natural ingredients and who will not interfere with the product. Pretty packaging increase cost and they end up in the garbage anyway! We use glass jars because there is no interaction or leach possible of any chemical (like plastic).

We guarantee our product and we want you to be happy and to have results. You must allow a minimum of two weeks for the preparation of your product, at times it might take a little bit longer, as we work with energy as well. My energy must be good at the time of manufacturing, you may not believe in the power of energy, but I am sure you have experienced a whip cream that will not whip, simply because your energy was negative. The power of good energy is beyond what you can see from your eyes, but very present and powerful. We believe it imparts an importance to its effectiveness. Refills require 2 weeks advance notice.

We don’t use preservatives other than natural preservatives, which are not as powerful as synthetics and shortening the shelf life of your product.

We actually handcraft from scratch and ingredients varies from one individual to another. Accordingly to who you are, as we all have different needs and different skin. All the essential oils we used are high grade therapeutic oils and each one of them comes with a lab report confirming their purity. When available, we use essential oils that are certified organic. Never, do we use cut essential oils, which is the common essential oils you find in Health food stores.Each formula is chosen for their beautifying and therapeutic properties. What kind of product can we customise?

Essential oils:We use pure therapeutic essential oils, which have a profound effect in skin care, due to their ability to penetrate the skin. When topically applied, their small and simple molecular structure allows them to easily pass into the fluid surrounding the cells beneath the skin’s surface. From there, they penetrate into the lymph ducts and capillaries, pass into the bloodstream and circulate through the body. Unlike labotary made ingredients, which their molecules are not so compatible with our skin’s molecules. The molecules of artificial ingredients usually have edges, compare to the natural molecules which are rounds molecules. It is like trying to fit a square into a circle. It is known that molecules from industrial conception, damage our tunnels (arteries) of the blood stream.

The skin:Under the beautiful outer surface of the skin lies the miraculous wonderland of the dermis. The dermis consist of collagen tissue fibers inter-woven with the blood and lymph vessels, sweat and sebaceous glands, hair follicules and nerve endings.

A square inch of skin contains 19 millions cells consisting of;

78 yards of nerves, 650 sweat glands, 19 yards of blood vessels, 78 sensory apparatuses for heat detection, 13 sensory apparatuses for cold detection, 1300 nerve endings for recording pain, 160 pressure apparatus for sense of touch, 100 sebaceous glands, 65 hairs with muscles, 650 sweat glands.

Tips to Maintain/Increase the Shelf life of your custom product:

We suggest to minimize any contamination of your product, by using the scoop we provide with your product. Remove the required amount, place it in the palm of your hand and apply with fingers to areas needed it. Never rub a cream around the eye and never apply close to the eyes. Use your baby finger and gently dap dots around the outer circle of your eye. The natural movement of your eye, will bring the cream to where it needs.

Try keeping your product in the fridge.

Give your self 2 weeks!

Normally the skin needs 15 days to adapt to a new product if you have a reaction that is not severe, you must try for at least 15 days, you might get a few pimples but they will go away. You may not experience such problems, this usually occurs with people that have skin problems. What we consider a severe reaction is something that irritates you, burns or itch behond normal. In that case do not hesitate to contact us. This will not be related to the quality of the ingredients but a reaction to a natural ingredients.

For example, you might not know you are allergic to chamomile. We suggest you try for the first time your product on a small surface of your skin, if no reaction appears within 10 minutes, apply again, where you need it. If a reaction occurs, wash with fresh water without rubbing.
