Ayurveda
Lena is a firm believer of Ayurveda. Having found her Dharma in life is the most important task for her. Everyone has a purpose in life…a unique gift or a special talent to give to others. And when you blend this special talent with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and exaltation of our own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals. Many of us, have still not found our Dharma, and that is why so many people remain unhappy. You might have everything life can buy you, but there is still an emptiness and you might not understand why you are unhappy. In the Western society we often tend to forget that the soul needs to be nourished as well. Ayurveda philosophy is, you need to nourish the body, the mind and the soul.
Lena is very thankful to have found hers. It is often a chain of circustamnces that cause someone to find it. It is often a tuff journey, but at the end, the sun always shines. Since than, Lena has integrated Ayurveda in her life in everything she does. She is still learning. You don’t learn something 5000 old just overnight, life is a journey not a destination
